While Sam and Dean Winchester attempted to close the gates of Hell, Castiel, with the help of the angel Metatron, attempted to close the gates of Heaven. However, he found out the hard way that Metatron was lying... Now, in addition to Heaven being closed off from Earth, every Angel has been banished from Heaven and has fallen, as Metatron wanted revenge on the angels for destroying his home. Will Castiel be able to help the Angels cope on Earth? Will he be able to survive as a human? Will Dean and Sam ever manage to close the gates of Hell and rid the world of demons?
